3. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your claim.
- We will review the information provided.
- If appropriate, we may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We may notify the content provider or relevant party of the claim.
If the claim is determined to be valid, the content will be removed or permanently disabled.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction in applicable courts
- Your electronic or physical signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a legal action within the required timeframe.
5. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly submits false claims or misrepresentations under the DMCA may be subject to liability. We encourage all parties to carefully review their submissions for accuracy and good faith.
