Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, address changes may no longer be possible.
Carrier rerouting requests may:

Ardeego is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted by customers.
7. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Once tracking information has been generated and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier:
- Cancellation requests become ineligible
- Shipping fees may no longer be refundable
- Customers may need to follow the Return & Refund Policy instead
Customers may initiate a return after delivery if the order qualifies under our return guidelines.
