Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, address changes may no longer be possible.

7. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Once tracking information has been generated and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Shipping fees may no longer be refundable

may become ineligible for modification if the promotion has expired.

Price adjustments may not apply after an order has been placed.
